江苏省主要城市科技竞争力比较研究

Science and Technology Competitiveness of Major Cities in Jiangsu Province

以江苏省主要城市2011年科技数据为依据,构建城市科技竞争力的指标评价体系。使用熵权法对各城市的综合科技竞争力进行比较分析,并对结果进行排名,其次使用超效率DEA法定量分析各城市的科技资源配置效率。研究发现综合科技竞争力较强的苏南城市在科技资源配置能力上不及苏中城市,而苏北城市在两项指标上排名都较为落后。

According to the date of urban science and technology in Jiangsu, this paper establishes an evaluation indicator system which is used to evaluate the science and technology competitiveness of cities in Jiangsu. Firstly, this paper analyses the date of indicators by using the method of entropy weight method, and ranks the cities according their performance. Secondly, the method of supper - efficiency - DEA is applied to measure the efficiency of S＆T resource allocation of cities. Finally, this paper concludes that, contrary to their advantage on S＆T competitiveness, the ability of S＆T resource allocation of cities in the south is inferior to cities in the middle, and cities in the north of Jiangsu drop behind at both these indexes.
