兵团城镇化与产业结构的协调发展度测度研究

The Empirical Analysis of Coordination Development between Urbanization and Industrial Structure in XPCC

构建城镇化与产业结构协调发展评价体系,用熵权法和变异系数法对指标赋权,得出2001-2011年兵团城镇化发展和产业结构的综合得分,再根据计算出的城镇化系统和产业结构系统综合得分基础上,运用协调度模型对两系统的协调度及协调发展度进行评价。结果表明,兵团城镇化与产业结构协调度及协调发展度不断提高,协调发展等级连续提升,但协调类型从城镇化滞后转变为产业结构滞后,最后根据实证分析结果提出促进两者协调发展的对策建议。

Based on the construction of measurement index systems of urbanization and industrial structure, the combination weighting method based on variation coefficient and entropy was used to assess the urbanization and industrial structure of corps from 2001 -2011. According to the comprehensive score systems of urbanization and industrial structure, the paper evaluated the system of coordination and coordinated development degree by applying the model of coordination degree. The study showed that： corps of urbanization and industrial structure increased the coordination degree and coordinated development ; coordinated development level kept improving; but coordination types were transformed from urbanization lag into the industrial structure lag. Finally according to the evaluation results, some suggestions were put forward to promote coordinated development.
