科技型中小企业云融资模式研究——基于云创新视角

Research on Cloud Financing Pattern of Technological SMEs——From the Perspective of Cloud Innovation

在回顾相关科技型中小企业融资模式以及互联网金融研究的基础上,从云创新的视角提出科技型中小企业云融资模式的概念,并分析科技型中小企业云融资的适用性,构建其云融资模式理论模型,指出它由个人、企业、金融机构、风险投资机构等多主体参与,基于互联网平台在复杂的融资环境下按特有的运行机制进行的创新融资活动,进一步分析其运行机制。科技云融资模式将对科技型中小企业的健康发展、国家经济结构调整、产业升级改造起到助推作用。

On the basis of study on the former models and internet finance, the article puts forward the idea of technological SMEs＇cloud financing model, constructs the theory model of technological SMEs＇cloud financing pattern from the perspective of cloud innovation, and analyzes the operation mechanisms. It illustrates a financing innovation activity which many participants such as enterprises, government, banks are involved in according to certain mechanisms under complicated environments. The study of technological SMEs＇cloud financing pattern would be helpful for the healthy development of technological SMEs, the adjustment for national economy and the industry modification.
