全要素生产率测算与技术的σ-收敛效应——基于中国省际数据的空间计量分析

The Estimation of TFP and Technological σ-convergence——Spatial Econometrics Analysis Based on China's Provincial Data

采用基于DEA的Malmquist方法测算了我国30个省区的全要素生产率变化、技术进步及其技术效率变化,并利用空间计量经济学方法分析了这3个指标的收敛情况。结果显示:全国平均全要素生产率总体呈增加态势,其中技术变化成增加态势,而平均技术效率却表现出下降态势。无论是否考虑空间相关因素,全要素生产率、技术效率和技术变化均没有表现出σ-收敛迹象,只是在考虑空间相关时3个变量的标准差有了明显的下降。

Based on DEA Malmquist method, this paper estimates the changes of total factor productivity （TFP）, technical progress and technical efficiency in China＇s 30 provinces, and analyzes the σ - convergence of these three indicators by spatial econometric methods. The results show that： the overall national average total factor productivity has an increasing trend ; technology changes show an increasing trend ; the average technical efficiency has shown a downward trend. Whether considering spatial -related factors or not, total factor productivity, technical efficiency and technological change do not show σ - convergence, only standard deviation of three variables drops significantly when considering spatial - related factors.
