Design Key Points of 日 Shape Spacer Woven Fabric

探讨日字形间隔机织物织造要点。介绍了压扁-织造-还原法织造日字形间隔机织物的方法,包括日字形的压扁、投梭路径的选择、上机参数的选择和织造要点等。根据投梭路径的选择和截面图,绘制了日字形间隔机织物的上机图,并在GU101型小样织机上进行了试织。指出:日字形间隔机织物较适合在小样织机上织造。认为:压扁-织造-还原法织造日字形间隔机织物可应用于三维纺织结构复合材料的制备。

Key points of weaving 日 shape spacer woven fabric were discussed. Weaving method of 日 shape spacer woven fabric by wafering-weaving-recovery method were introduced, including 日 shape wafering, selection of weft inserting path, selection of loom set factor, key points of weaving etc. According to weft inserting path and sectional view, looming drafting of 日 shape spacer woven fabric was drawn, sample was woven on GU101 sample loom. It is pointed out that 日 shape spacer woven fabric was suitable to be woven on sample loom. It is considered that 日 shape spacer woven fabric woven by wafering-weaving-recovery method can be used to manufacture three-dimensional textile structure composite material.
