超大牵伸装置纺制JC 2.9 tex纱工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 探讨超大牵伸装置纺制JC 2.9 tex特细号纱的工艺。阐述了传统牵伸形式纺制特细号纱存在的问题以及超大牵伸机构研究现状。运用TH558型超大牵伸数控细纱机成功纺制出JC 2.9 tex纱,并与普通两区牵伸形式进行了质量对比。结果表明:该装置在180.3倍超大牵伸条件下所纺的JC 2.9 tex纱质量明显优于传统的三罗拉两区牵伸形式。认为:四罗拉四胶圈三区超大牵伸形式对细纱超大牵伸有较好的适应性,成纱条干较好、强力较高、纺纱断头较少,但成纱3 mm毛羽和千米棉结数有所增加。 Spinning processing of 2.9 tex combed cotton yarn in super large draft device was researched. Existed problems of spinning superfine yarn in traditional draft form and research status of super large draft device were introduced. JC 2.9 rex yarn was spun on TH558 super large draft CNC spinning frame successfully, the yarn quality was contrasted to common two-area draft form. The result shows that JC 2.9 rex yam quality spun by super large draft device with 180.3 times draft multiple is obviously better than that of the yarn spun by traditional three-roller two-area draft form. It is considered that adaptability of super large draft form is better, yarn evenness and strength are better, broken ends in spinning is less, while the 3 mm hairiness and neps per kilometer are increased in certain.
