Property and Application of CD-DF868 Size Mixture

介绍CD-DF868浆料的上浆性能与应用效果。测试了CD-DF868浆料的浆膜性能、对纯棉和涤棉纱的黏着力及环保性,并与PVA等浆料进行了对比,例举了部分纺织企业采用CD-DF868浆料取代PVA上浆的实际应用效果,介绍了CD-DF868浆料取代PVA上浆过程中应注意的问题。结果表明:CD-DF868浆料具有较好的浆膜性能和对纯棉纱的黏附力以及良好的环保性。认为:CD-DF868浆料可取代PVA对纯棉纱线上浆,也可用于新型纤维素纤维纱线上浆,并可在保证产质量的同时降低上浆成本。

The sizing property and application effect of CD-DF868 size mixture were discussed. Property of size film, adhesion property for cotton and polyester cotton blended yarn and environmental protection of CD-DF868 size mixture were tested. PVA size mixture was compared, the practical application effect of some textile enterprises using PVA replaced by CD-DF868 size mixture was described. The problems should be noticed during the process were introduced. The result shows that property of size film, adhesion property for cotton and polyester cotton blended yarn and environmental protection of CD-DF868 size mixture are better. It is considered that CD-DF868 can replace PVA on sizing cotton yarn, it also can be used for sizing new cellulose fiber yarn, and the production quality is ensured while sizing costs is reduced.
