摘要
目前全国在建煤炭产能14亿t,按照规划,2012—2014年年均投产规模应为5亿t左右,实际上2012—2013年平均每年产量只增长1亿t左右。2013年,我国煤炭产量增速仍继续下滑,同比回落1.4个百分点。试图用战略管理的基本工具分析我国煤炭大省——山西省煤炭企业面临的市场环境,同时提出该省煤炭企业相应的发展战略,即相关多元化战略和并购整合战略,希望对煤炭企业的发展具有借鉴意义。
At present, the national coal production capacity in construction is 1.4 billion ton. According to the planning, the average annual coal production capacity in production scale from 2012 to 2014 would be about 500 million ton. In fact, the average annual production capacity in production was increased by only about 100 million ton. In 2013, China coal production in- crement was still declined and was reduced by 1.4 percent in comparison with last year. With the basic tools of the strategic management, the paper analyzed the market environment faced to the coal enterprises in Shanxi Province - China large coal producing province. Meanwhile the paper provided the relevant development strategy of the coal enterprises in Shanxi Province and the related diversity strategy and merge, acquisition and integration strategy could have the reference significances to the development of the coal enterprises.
