煤炭企业提升党建科学化水平的探索与实践

Discovery and Practices on Coal Enterprise to Upgrade Scientific Level of Party Construction

分析了煤炭企业党建信息系统建设的必要性、建设的目标以及通过党建信息化提升党建科学化的路径,提出了建立"两级管理"为基础、"五位一体"为内容、"五台合一"为架构的党建信息系统,并以此提升党建科学化的新思路。党建信息系统的运行,形成了"大党建"的工作新格局,创新了"工考同步"的工作新模式,开创了"量化考核"的新方法,为煤炭企业党建科学化水平的提升提供了借鉴。

The paper introduced the information development course of the Party construction. The paper analyzed the construction necessity and construction target of the Party construction information system in the coal enterprises and upgraded the scientific route of the Party construction with the Party construction information. The paper proposed that the information system of the Party construction should be established with ＂two stage management＂ as a base, ＂five contents combination＂ as a content and ＂five platforms combined one＂ as a framework to upgrade the new scientific idea of the Party construction. The information system operation of the Party construction formed a new pattern of ＂large Party construction＂ work, innovated a new mode of ＂performance appraisal synchronous＂ work and created a new method of the ＂quantitative appraisal＂ in order to proved references to upgrade the Party construction scientific level of the coal enterprises.
