中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的吲哚青绿和荧光素血管造影 被引量:12

摘要 目的 观察中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变 (CSC)的吲哚青绿血管造影 (ICGA)和荧光素眼底血管造影 (FFA)特征 ,以探讨该病的发病机制 .方法 用 Heidelberg共焦激光扫描眼底血管造影仪 (HRA )对 48例 CSC患者 (96只眼 )进行 ICGA和 FFA.结果 全部受检眼中 ,ICGA都可见造影早期脉络膜有因为动脉充盈延迟而表现的局限性暗荧光区 .在造影中晚期 ,原充盈延迟区内的脉络膜可因通透性增强而有高荧光表现 ,或者因毛细血管小叶缺血而表现的斑片状低荧光 ;其相应部位的色素上皮 (RPE)在 FFA过程中则表现为渗漏或萎缩 .此外 ,在 7只眼中 ,可见脉络膜涡静脉分支扩张及渗漏 .结论 脉络膜静脉及毛细血管瘀血可能是导致 FFA中 RPE渗漏的原因 . AIM To investigate the characteristics of indocyanine green angiography (ICGA) and fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) in central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) and explore its pathogenetic mechanism. METHODS Forty eight cases (96 eyes) of CSC were examined by Heidelberg Retina Angiography (HRA) to perform ICGA and FFA. RESULTS In the early phase, localized choroidal delayed filling was found in all examined eyes by ICGA. In the late phase, hyperfluorescence or hypofluorescence was observed for hyperpermeability or ischemia of choriocapillary in the area of delayed filling. The changes corresponded to areas with pigment epithelial focal leakage or atrophy in FFA. Furthemore, choroidal vortex vein dilation and leakage were noticed in 7 eyes. CONCLUSION Retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) leakage in FFA may be caused by venous and capillary congestion.
