金刚石/氧化铈复合磨料的制备及性能测定 被引量:3

Preparation and performance measurement of diamond/ceria composite abrasive

摘要 为提高金刚石树脂磨具的使用寿命和工作效率,采用真空法制备金刚石/氧化铈复合磨料。通过亲水性测定仪、单颗粒抗压测定仪、万能材料试验机、立式万能摩擦磨损试验机等设备对材料性能进行测试,并利用X射线衍射仪对其进行表征。实验结果表明:镀覆后,金刚石/氧化铈亲水性大大提高;当氧化铈质量分数为15%时,其亲水性和单颗粒抗压强度最大;当氧化铈质量分数为5%时,所制得的树脂磨具具有最大的抗折强度;当氧化铈质量分数为10%时,所制得的树脂磨具具有最大的磨削比。综合考虑,当氧化铈质量分数为10%时,利用金刚石/氧化铈复合磨料制备的树脂磨具具有较好的综合性能。 To improve the service life and the work efficiency of diamond resin grinding tool,diamond/ceria composite abrasive was prepared by vacuum method.Performance of diamond/ceria composites were tested by the hydrophilic meter,single grain compressive tester,universal material testing machine,vertical universal friction and wear testing machine,and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that after plating ceria,hydrophilicity of abrasives was greatly increased;the hydrophilicity and single grain compressive strength was the best with 15wt% ceria;the resin abrasive tool prepared by the ceria/diamond composite abrasive had the maximum flexural strength with 5wt% ceria;the resin abrasive tool had the largest grinding ratio with 10wt% ceria.Taking all these factors into consideration,when ceria content was 10wt%,the resin abrasive tool prepared by the diamond/ceria composite abrasive had better comprehensive performance.
