Cultivating Enterprise:the Choice of Route in University Ideological and Political Education

在人才国际化发展背景下,高校应通过多种方法途径,将创业力培养有效融入高校思想政治教育工作中,将创业教育作为思想政治教育的主题,发挥思想政治教育的导向功能,突出创业教育时代主题,搭建创业教育实践平台,强化创业文化氛围营造,整体提升学生创业力培养的实效性,为高校国际化人才培养提供实践的范本。

The enterprising spirit has become the crucial index in evaluating internationalized talents. With the trend of internationalization of talents as the background, it is suggested that integrating enterprising ability training into ideological and political education in universities is feasible by trying various ways, specifically, to put enterprising education as the theme of ideological and political education so as to exert the latter＇s guiding function and give prominence to the theme of times. Meanwhile, it is significant to build a platform for enterprising education to intensify the enterprising culture atmosphere to promote the effectiveness of enterprising training. This paper attempts to provide a practical model in cultivating internationalized talents.
