摘要
以发展性教学理念中人的素质结构分类为基础,构建适合高职学生发展的综合素质课程体系,强调学生的自我发展和学生的自主选择。通过成立委员会、培训师资、启用综合素质网络管理系统和确立电子档案袋等确保课程质量,开设基础性综合素质课程、拓展性综合素质课程、交叉性综合素质课程和弥补性综合素质网络课程。课程评鉴则遵循外部评鉴与内部评鉴相结合、兴趣性与挑战性相结合、自我发展性与完善性相结合等原则。
Based on developmental teaching philosophy, this paper has put forward the concept of constructing comprehensive quality curriculum that is suitable for vocational students. It emphasizes student self-development and self-selection. Vocational colleges offer basic courses of the overall quality, expand overall quality of courses, cross-cutting programs and online courses through the establishment of committees, teacher training to enable the overall quality of network management systems and establishing electronic portfolio system to ensure the quality of the courses. Curriculum evaluation will follow the external evaluation and is combined with the challenge of combining interest, self-development and improvement of combining principles.
