摘要
我国的高等职业教育兴起于20世纪80年代初,由1980年首批的13所高职院校发展到2012年的1297所。三十多年来,各高职院校既坚持站位展望面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来,又坚持立足于直接面向地方经济建设,面向基层,面向中小企业和乡镇企业,为地方经济建设和社会发展培养了数以千万的高素质劳动者和技能型应用管理人才,极大地推动了地方经济建设和社会发展。教育部统计数据表明,仅2010年至2012年就有各类高职毕业生9657911人,占同一时期的高等教育毕业生的半壁江山。高职教育功不可没,高职教育意义重大。面对着日益壮大的高职学生队伍,为了顺利实现高职教育的目的,保证高职学生的健康成长,高职教育和管理任重道远,探索有效的教育和管理的方法,总结其经验是很有意义的。
Since the rise of Chinese higher vocational education in the early 1980s,1297 vocational colleges had been developed until 2012,there being only 13 in the year of 1980. In the past 30 years,the vocational colleges not only adhered to the outlook for modernization,facing the world,and facing the future,but also kept a foothold on the needs of local economic construction,on the grass - roots level,and on the small and medium - sized enterprises and township enterprises. Tens of thousands of high - quality workers and applied and technical management personnel were cultivated for the development of the local economy and the whole society. According to the statistics from the Ministry of Education,there were 9,657,911 graduates from higher vocational colleges between 2010 and 2012,accounting for half of the college graduates in the period. The significance of higher vocational education is obvious. With the increasing number of higher vocational college students,it is a huge task for the vocational education and management to ensure the healthy growth of the students. Therefore,it is significant to explore the effective methods of vocational education and management and draw experiences and lessons.
