汉英单宾构式对比研究

A Contrastive Study on Single-object Constructions between Chinese and English Languages

本研究在构式语法视角下对汉英单宾构式进行对比研究。单宾构式涉及单宾动词本原构式和单宾超动词构式。前者反映和抽象常规作用力事件,而后者突显非常规事件参与者或非一般作用力事件。对比发现,汉英单宾构式层级体系和汉英单宾动词本原构式具有共性而汉英单宾超动词构式存在差异。共性源于人类相同的客观体验,而个性源于不同的认知概念化方式和语言系统特性以及两者的交互作用。

The paper compares Chinese and English single-object constructions from the perspective of the construction grammar. The single-object construction involves the verb＇s basic construction and the super-ver- bal construction. The former reflects the regular dynamic force event, while the latter highlights special partici- pants or the non-regular force event. Based on a contrastive study, it is concluded that Chinese and English single-object constructions are similar in hierarchical system and the verb＇s basic construction, but differs in the super-verbal construction. The similarities are attributed to people＇s similar experiences, while differences attributed to different ways of cognitive conceptualization and characteristics of linguistic system and their inter- actions.
