对急诊科护士心理健康状况的调查研究

Study on Psychological Health State of Emergency Nurses

通过便利抽样 ,调查了国内 9所综合医院 92名护士的心理健康状况。结果表明 :样本的 SCL- 90总均分和各因子分均显著高于国内常模评分。常见的心理障碍包括焦虑、敌对等。作者对此进行了讨论。

Through purposive sampling,92 emergency nurses,who come from 9 hospitals in China,were interviewed with the symptom check list-90 (SCL-90).The results indicated that subjects average symptom score and all factor scores of SCL-90 were significantly higher than that of the Chinese norm.Anxiety hotility and depression are common psychological problems of the emergency nurse.
