摘要
新型城镇化是国之方略,《国家新型城镇化规划(2014—2020年)》已进入实施阶段.结合中原经济区以及河南省的实际,研究新型城镇化实施的重要议题,是中原学者义不容辞的任务.这些重要议题包括:端正实施理念,谋划农业转移人口的市民化,引导就近城镇化,组建大都市地区.
The new urbanization of China is a country strategy,“The National New Urbanization Plan（2014-2020）”has entered the implementation phase. Combined with the actual of Zhongyuan Economic Region and Henan Province, Researching on the important issues of the implementation of the new urbanization,is a bounden duty to the Central Plains scholars. These important issues include：correcting the philosophy of the implementation,planning the citizenship of the transfer of agricultural population,guiding the nearby urbanization,building the great metropolitan region.
