基于数据包络分析的山东省蔬菜产业生产效率分析

The Production Efficiency Analysis of Vegetable Industry in Shandong Province Based on Data Envelopment Analysis

在对山东省和全国平均蔬菜主栽品种投入产出对比分析的基础上,运用数据包络分析方法测算出2011年两者露地蔬菜和设施蔬菜生产的技术效率,对比分析得出山东省蔬菜生产效率情况.结果表明,山东省露地蔬菜在投入产出上具有一定的比较优势,而设施蔬菜在综合效率和规模效率上与全国其他地区相比具有比较优势,且两者均处于规模报酬递增阶段.最后,提出提高山东省蔬菜产业技术效率的对策及建议.

In this paper,the author firstly studied the input-output of the main vegetable varieties in Shandong and the national average,then by data envelopment analysis methods,measured technical efficiency of Shandong and the rest of the country’s greenhouse vegetable production and open field vegetable production in 2011,based on quantitative analysis of results,from a comparative perspective. The results showed that the open field vegetable production had a comparative advantage in the input-output,and the greenhouse vegetable had a comparative advantage in comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency. However,both of them were just the opposite. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the technical efficiency of vegetable industry in Shandong province .
