摘要
推动中原经济区快速发展,人力资源建设与开发是关键.根据河南省人力资源现状分析,提出了推动中原经济区建设的人力资源开发对策,为我省从人力资源大省不断向人力资源强省迈进献计献策,进而助推中原经济区建设.
In order to promote the rapid development of the Central Plains Economic Area,construction and development of human resources is the key. The author analyzed the current situation of human resources according to Henan Province,proposed human resource development countermeasures promoting the construction of Central Plains Economic Area. Advices and suggestions are offered to accelerate Henan Province to be a strong province of human resources,thus promoting the construction of the central plains Economic Area .
