摘要
水力割缝是一项能够有效提高煤层透气性的本煤层渗透性改性技术.改性效果与水力割缝的施工工艺参数紧密相关,其中割缝的射流压力、高压水泵的排水量,以及割缝速度是最基本的参数.以工业性试验为基础研究了割缝的射流压力和割缝速度对抽放效果之间的关系.研究表明:最佳的射流压力为50~60 MPa;最佳的割缝速度以0.5~1.0 m/min为宜.
Hydraulic slotting is a modification technique which can improve gas permeability of coal seam. The modification effect is closely related with the construction parameters of the hydraulic slotting, including jet pressure of slotting, displacement of high pressure water pump, and slotting speed. Based on the industrial test, the influence of the jet pressure and slotting speed on the drainage is studied. The results show that the best jet pressure ranges from 50 to 60MPa and the best slotting speed ranges from 0.5m/min tol. 0m/min.
