Village occupying resources occurs somehow in coal mining. The pillar retaining and village relocation have become a priority of the mine production. The paper analyzes the village relocation plan in the perspective of benefiting both the environment resources recovery and local economic development, in order to promote the harmonious coexistence of the coal enterprises and the local villagers.
