平朔井工一矿液力耦合器的改造与应用

Transformation and Application of Fluid Coupling in Jinggong Mine 1 of Pingshuo Group

为解决进口液力耦合器及控制系统故障率高、影响煤矿生产问题,平朔井工一矿将刮板输送机配套使用的调速型液力耦合器进行了改造,完全实现维修及配件的国产化。三年运行表明,改造后的设备较好地满足了煤矿生产的需要,省去了对进口配件的依赖性,节省了大量的维修时间及维修费用。

Aiming at the high failure rate of imported fluid coupling and its control system, the variable speed fluid coupling matched with scraper conveyer was transformed to realize the domestication of maintenance and accessories. The three-year operation showed the equipment satisfied the production requirement of the mines, avoided the dependence on the imported spare parts, and saved huge maintenance time and cost.
