摘要 本文综述了肺动脉高压的治疗现状 ,概述了近 5年来肺动脉高压治疗的研究进展和未来治疗方向 ;总结了现有血管扩张剂的优缺点 ;简述了抗凝剂等治疗在肺动脉高压中的应用。
