摘要
女性图书馆员是图书馆事业发展不可或缺的中坚力量。从积极探索思政观念出发,创新工作方法、开展思政新内容等方面入手,搞好她们的自我建设,充分调动她们的积极性,对提升女工整体素质、加快图书馆人才队伍建设的步伐和促进图书馆发展具有重要意义。
Woman librarians are the indispensably main forces to development. Starting from actively exploring the ideological and political ideas, innovating work methods and carrying out some new contents of ideology and politic, and so on, to improve their self-constructions and fully mobilize their enthusiasm, which have important significances to improve the overall qualities of woman librarians, accelerate the personnel construction of library and promote library development.
