A Research and Development of a Patient Oriented Multimedia Computer Patient Record System

HIS(hospital inform ation system)在中国得到了蓬勃的发展 ,但目前大多数系统只局限于物流管理层次 ,尚未进一步向临床医疗信息的管理层次转变。我们使用面向对象方法设计和实现了一个以“病人为中心”的多媒体电子病案。该系统由三个子系统构成 ,包括数据采集、多媒体数据库、数据处理与输出系统 ,通过对病人的各种医疗信息 (影像、声音、生理信号 )进行采集、保存、查询和分析 ,满足医院无纸病案的要求 ,实现医疗信息的资源共享。

HIS (Hospital Information System) is flourishing in China. However, many system are limited to finance management and have not been changed to medical information management. In order to promote the development of HIS in China, we have designed and completed a patient oriented multimedia computer patient record (CPR) system using an object-oriented method. The system is composed of data collection, multimedia database, data processing and output system. Collecting, storing, querying and analysing different kinds of medical information (images, sound, biosignals), the system can meet the demands of hospitals, where the paperless patient record system and the sharing of medical information are required.
