摘要
目的:建立贯叶连翘中金丝桃素含量的测定方法。方法:以硅胶GF254为固定相,以石油醚-乙酸乙酯-甲醇(2:4:1)为展开剂,在588nm波长的条件下进行单波长薄层色谱扫描来测定贯叶连翘中金丝桃素含量。结果 :金丝桃素在0.15-7.5μg范围内呈线性关系,(R=0.99987),平均回收率97.92%,RSD=1.82(n=5)。结论:该方法操作简便、分离效果好、价廉,可用于贯叶连翘中金丝桃素的含量测定及质量控制。
Aim To determination of the content of hypercin in Hypericum Perforatum L by TLC-scanning. Metheds Silica GF254 thin layer plate was adopted in the determination with Petroleum ether-Ethyl acetate-methanol(241)as developer by TLC-scanning, the detection wavelength was 588nm. Results Good linear correlation was within 0.15-7.5μg (R=0.99987), the average recovery was 97.92%,RSD=1.82%(n=5). Conclusion This method is convenient in operation ,easy in separation and economical at cost .And TLC scanning can be used for the content determination and the quality control of Hypericum Perforatum L.
