摘要
目的探讨MRI在乳腺良、恶性病变诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对39例乳腺疾病患者行T1WI、抑脂T2WI、动态增强、弥散加权成像扫描,测量表观弥散系数(ADC值)、绘制时间-信号强度曲线,评价上述方法对乳腺疾病的定性诊断价值。结果 39例患者中,共43个病灶,恶性30例,良性13例。ADC诊断阈值为1.22×l0-3 mm2/s,动态增强联合ADC值诊断具有较高的特异性。结论乳腺磁共振多项技术联合应用,可提高病变诊断的特异性,对乳腺良、恶性病变的诊断有重要临床价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of MRI in diagnosis of breast benign and malignant lesions. Methods 39 cases of patients with breast disease were selected. T1 WI and T2 WI series axial fat-pressure series, axial diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) scan and dynamic contrast-enhanced scan were used. The validities of these methods were evaluated. Result A total number of 43 lesions, 30 malignant cases and 13 benign cases were found. The threshold was 1.22×10-3 mm2/s by ROC curve. Conclusion The combination of MRI multiple technologies is useful to increase specificity.
