心电图在急性肺栓塞诊断中的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of the ECG Diagnosis of Acute Pulmonary Embolism

目的分析急性肺栓塞患者采用心电图进行诊断的效果。方法随机选取我院2010年至2012年收治的35例患者,采用心电图对患者的进行临床诊断,对急性肺栓塞患者心电图检查的主要特点进行全面分析。结果本组35例研究对象中,心电图存在异常改变的有32例,占91.4%;心电图呈现正常状态的有3例,占8.5%。结论肺栓塞患者采用心电图进行检查,有着多样性、非特异性的表现,对肺栓塞患者心电图检查的主要特征以及动态变化进行全面分析,能够有效降低肺栓塞患者的临床漏诊率以及误诊率。

Objective To analysis the effect of using electrocardiogram in patients with acute pulmonary embolism diagnosis. Methods Randomly selected of 35 patients admitted in our hospital from 2010 to 2012, using electrocardiogram for patients in clinical diagnosis, the main characteristics of electrocardiogram examination in patients with acute pulmonary embolism to conduct a comprehensive analysis. Results 35 cases study object, electrocardiogram abnormal change of 32 cases, accounting for 91.4%; electrocardiogram show normal state in 3 cases, accounting for 8.5%. Conclusion Pulmonary embolism patients electrocardiogram inspection, with diversity, nonspecific manifestation, one of the main features of the electrocardiogram examination in patients with pulmonary embolism and dynamic change to conduct a comprehensive analysis, can effectively reduce the pulmonary embolism in patients with clinical missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate.
