摘要
目的探讨不同喂养方式对0-12个月婴儿智能发育的影响,为提高人口素质提供数据支持。方法把常规保健0-12个月婴儿分为母乳喂养组和人工喂养组,采用北京儿童研究所0-6岁小儿神经心理发育量表对不同喂养方式婴儿进行智能测试,分别选取两组6个月、12个月智能测试结果进行比较。结果母乳喂养组与人工喂养发育商DQ均值进行比较;母乳喂养组6个月、12个月DQ分别高出人工喂养值3.08、7.82分,差异有统计意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。再把两组DQ分级比较,母乳喂养组6个月、12个月良好、临界状态水平的比例和人数分别高于、低于人工喂养,差异有统计意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。母乳喂养组与人工喂养组均无1例智力低下。结论母乳对婴儿智能发育具有良好的促进作用。
Objective To explore the effects of different feeding methods on 0-12 month infant's intelligence development provides data support for the improvement of population quality. Method The routine care infants 0-12 months into breast feeding group and artificial feeding group, the Beijing Children's Research Institute for children aged 0-6 years old neuropsychological development scale of intelligence test on infant feeding patterns, were selected in June December of two groups were compared, the results of intelligence tests. Results Breast feeding group and artificial feeding developmental quotient DQ mean to compare; breast feeding group in 6 months, 12 months DQ respectively higher than the artificial feeding value of 3.08, 7.82, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The comparison of two groups of DQ classification, breast feeding group in 6 months, 12 months, the proportion of good critical state level and number were higher, lower than the artificial feeding, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01 or P〈0.01). Breast feeding group and artificial feeding group was not a person with mental retardation. Conclusion The milk on infant intelligence development has a good role in promoting.
