宫腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗宫角妊娠的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of hysteroscopy combine with laparoscopy in the treatment of cornual pregnancy

目的分析宫腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗宫角妊娠的临床效果。方法收集2013年2月~2014年2月本院收治的92例宫角妊娠患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各46例。对照组患者B超监测下行刮宫术,观察组患者采用宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合治疗,分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的手术成功率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组;术中出血量、HCG下降时间明显少于对照组;手术时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合治疗宫角妊娠的创伤小,安全性与有效性显著,可促进患者康复,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopy combine with laparoscopy in the treatment of cornual pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with cornual pregnancy who stayed in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were collected,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group of 46 cases.Those patients in the control group were treated with uterine curettage under the monitoring of B-ultrasonic,while those in the observation group were treated with simultaneous combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The success rate of those patients in the observation group was obviously higher, the complication rate was lower,the operative blood loss was smaller,and HCG fall time,operation time and duration of hospital stays was obviously shorter,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The hysteroscopy combine with laparoscopy in the treatment of cornual pregnancy has small trauma,safety and effectiveness significantly,can promote the patient recover,it is worth of clinical promotion.
