摘要
目的建立同时测定银黄颗粒中三种黄酮类成分(黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素)的含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用Agilent SB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-0.2%甲酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长为275 nm,柱温30℃,进样量20μl。结果三种成分在建立的方法下分离良好,在考察的浓度范围内,浓度与峰面积之间呈良好的线性关系(r〉0.9997);回收率(n=9)均在94.4%~104.7%范围,RSD均〈2.1%。结论本方法简便、准确,精密度高,重复性好,可以用于银黄颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish the simultaneous determination of three flavonoids in Yinhuang granule (baicalin, wogonoside,baicalein)and high performance liquid chromatography method for the content. Methods The simple was separated by Agilent SB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was methanol-0.2% formic acid solution, gradient elution,flow rate of 1 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 275 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,the injection volume was 20 μl. Results The three components separated in the establishment of the method,in the concentration range investigated,there was a good linear relationship between concentration and peak area (r〉0.9997);recovery rates(n=9) were in the range of 94.4%-104.7%,RSD value was less than 2.1%, Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,high precision,good reproducibility,can be used for the quality control of Yinhuang granule.
