针灸运动疗法在脑卒中后康复期患者中的应用

Application of acupuncture movement therapy in the rehabilitation process of patients with stroke

目的探讨针灸运动疗法对脑卒中偏瘫运动功能的康复作用。方法选取2012年12月~2013年12月本院神经内科和康复医学科住院的60例早期脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,所有患者均进行病房常规对症治疗与营养支持护理,观察组采用针刺运动疗法,对照组采用常规针刺疗法,比较两组的临床疗效、MAS评分、SS-QOL评分。结果观察组的总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗1、3个疗程后的MAS评分及SS-QOL评分均高于治疗前,且观察组治疗1、3个疗程后的MAS评分及SS-QOL评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用针刺运动疗法可以有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床疗效,改善患者的运动功能,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture movement therapy in the rehabilitation process of stroke hemiplegia. Methods 60 cases of patients with stroke hemiplegia were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 30 cases.The conventional drug treatment plan was used in all the patients.The acupuncture movement therapy was used in observation group,conventional acupuncture therapy was used in control group.The clinical effect,motor assessment scale（MAS）score and stroke-specific quality of life seale（SS-QOL）score was compared respectively between two groups. Results Total effective rate in observation group was 93.3%,higher than that in control group（70.0%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The MAS score and SS-QOL score after 1,3-course of treatment was higher than that before treatment in two groups respectively,the MAS score and SS-QOL score in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively after 1,3-course of treatment,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Condusion Acupuncture movement therapy can effectively improve the clinical curative effect of patients with stroke hemiplegia,improve motor function and the quality of life in patients,is worthy of promotion and application.
