枇杷清肺饮加减联合耳尖放血对痤疮患者疗效及生活质量的影响

Influence of modified Pipa qingfei decoction combined with blood letting in ear on curative effect and quality of life of patients with acne

目的对比枇杷清肺饮加减联合耳尖放血与传统中医、西医治疗痤疮的效果及对患者生活质量的影响,以探讨更有效、安全的痤疮治疗方法。方法将180例痤疮患者分为三组,A组给予枇杷清肺饮加减联合耳尖放血治疗,B组给予盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊治疗,C组给予单纯枇杷清肺饮加减治疗,治疗1个月后观察三组的疗效及生活质量改善情况。结果 A组的总有效率高于B、C组,B组的总有效率高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组治疗后的DLQI量表各维度评分及总分低于B、C组,B组治疗后的DLQI量表各维度评分及总分低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枇杷清肺饮加减联合耳尖放血可有效治疗痤疮,并改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the effect of modified Pipa qingfei decoction combined with blood letting in ear,traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and influence on patient＇s quality of life so as to explore the more effective and safer therapeutic method to treat acne. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with ache were divided into three groups.The modified Pipa qingfei decoction combined with blood letting in ear were used in group A,doxycycline hyclate enttetic-coated capsule was used in group B and only modified Pipa qingfei decoction was used in group C.After one-month therapy,the effect and patient＇s quality of life in three groups was observed respectively. Results Total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B and group C respectively,total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group C,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,DLQI scale each dimension score and total score in group A was higher than that in group B and group C respectively,DLQI scale each dimension score and total score in group B was higher than that in group C respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Pipa qingfei decoction combined with blood letting in ear can effectively treat acne and improve patient＇s qualify of life,which is worthy of expansion and application in clinic.
