流程化管理在社区产妇访视中的应用效果

Application effect of process management on puerperae′ s visits in community

目的观察流程化管理模式在社区产妇访视中的应用效果。方法本院社区2013年2月~2014年1月接收300例产妇,按照抛硬币的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组150例,对照组不实施流程化管理,观察组实施流程化管理方案,比较两组的社区访视结果。结果两组访视结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组产后访视不良情绪发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。访视后观察组焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分与抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在产后访视中应用流程化管理不仅提高了访视效率,还有利于提高经济与社会效益,值得推广。

Objective To apply process management mode in puerperae＇s visits in community so as to observe its application effect. Methods Three hundred puerperae admitted into our hospital from February 2013 to January 2014 were evenly divided into control group and observation group by coin tossing.In the control group,participants were not implemented with process management,while in the observation group,the process management was applied for puerperae.The application effect during community visits in both groups was compared respectively. Results The visit outcome of two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence of negative emotions after puerperae＇s visit in observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Score of self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）,score of self-rating depression scale （SDS） after puerperae＇s visit in observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion During postpartum visits,application of process management not only improve visit efficiency,but also help to improve economic and social benefits,which is worthy of expansion.
