新生儿智护训练在提高早产儿视听能力中的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨新生儿智护训练在提高早产儿视听能力中的临床应用效果。方法选取本院产科于2013年5~12月收治的280例早产儿作为研究对象,其中家属自愿申请新生儿智护训练的150例早产儿为实验组,另外家属未申请新生儿智护训练的130例早产儿为对照组。对照组给予常规新生儿护理,实验组在此基础上给予新生儿智护训练。对比两组早产儿的视力、听力筛查结果及其出院后家属的满意度。结果实验组早产儿出院时的视、听筛查均通过率为92.7%,明显高于对照组的83.1%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实验组早产儿家属对护理的满意度为94.0%,明显高于对照组的85.4%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论新生儿智护训练对提高早产儿视听能力和婴儿家属满意度具有重要意义,值得临床广泛推广应用。 Objective To study the clinical application effect of neonatal intellectual protection training in improving the audiovisual capabilities in preterm children. Methods 280 cases of premature infants treated in our hospital from May to December 2013 were as the research objects,of whom,150 cases of premature infants whose family members voluntarily applied for neonatal intellectual protection training were as the experimental group,130 eases of premature infants whose families members not voluntarily apply for neonatal intellectual protection training were as the control group.Routine newborn care were given to the control group,neonatal intellectual protection training was given to the experimental group on the basis of control group,audiovisual capabilities and family satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The pass rate of audiovisual capabilities in experimental group was 92.7%,significantly higher than 83.1% of the control group,the difference was significant (P〈0.05);The family satisfaction rate of experimental group was 94.0%,higher than 85.4% of the control group,the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Neonatal intellectual protection training in improving the audiovisual capabilities and family satisfaction is of great significance,is worth to be widely applied in clinic.
