循证护理及自我效能训练在胰腺炎患者中的应用效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨循证护理及自我效能理论在胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择本院2012年7月~2014年3月收治的急性胰腺炎患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予循证护理,并进行自我效能训练,护理干预前后采用自我效能感量表(GSES)进行自我效能评分,出院时采用自制问卷调查患者相关知识掌握情况及护理满意度。结果护理前两组GSES评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),护理后观察组GSES评分明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患者出院时胰腺炎相关知识评分及护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论循证护理及自我效能理论能有效提高胰腺炎患者相关知识掌握程度,提高自我效能水平,增强自我管理能力,还能提高患者的护理满意度,值得应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based care and self-efficacy training in patients with pancreatitis. Methods 120 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis from July 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of 60 cases,patients in the control group were given routine care,patients in the observation group were given evidence-based care and self-efficacy training.Before and after nursing,general self-efficacy scale (GSES) was used to evaluate self-efficacy scores,self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate related knowledge grasp situation and nursing satisfaction. Results Before nursing,GSES score of two groups showed no significant difference (P〉0.05);after nursing,GSES score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was significant (P〈0.05);pancreatitis-related knowledge score and nursing satisfaction of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was significant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based care and self-efficacy theory can effectively improve the pancreatitis related knowledge of patients,improve self-efficacy level,enhance self-management skills,in addition can also improve patient nursing satisfaction,it is worthy of application.
