全科护理干预在骨骼创伤患者中的应用效果

The application effect of general nursing intervention on patients with skeletal trauma

目的探讨全科护理干预在骨骼创伤患者中的应用效果。方法抽取2012年1月~2013年12月本院收治的骨骼创伤患者128例,将其按照护理方式不同分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受全科护理干预,对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者康复效果优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者疼痛评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者对护理工作的满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对骨骼创伤患者实施科学的高质量全科护理干预措施可有效降低疼痛评分,提高护理满意度和康复率,改善预后,值得关注并推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of general nursing intervention on patients with skeletal trauma. Methods 128 cases of patients with skeletal trauma admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing way,the control group were received routine care,general acceptance nursing intervention was given to the observation group,then the effect of two groups was compared. Results Rehabilitation of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;the pain score of observation group was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）;the nursing job satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）;the incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion General nursing intervention for patients with bone trauma can effectively reduce pain,improve the nursing satisfaction and rehabilitation,improve the prognosis,it is worth attention and promotion.
