基层医院开展药敏试验的重要性探讨

抗生素是目前临床上应用最广、发展最快、最有效控制感染的药物,但在我国各基层医院中,抗生素使用存在严重不合理现象,这对抗生素的疗效、患者的治疗安全及医院感染防控都有很大的影响。随着城乡医疗保险和新农村合作医疗在基层的普遍开展,基层医院的住院患者不断增加,这一问题更显突出。资料显示,抗生素在我国各级医院的应用已经达到了滥用的地步,从而导致医院感染难以控制、耐药菌株增加、抗生素疗效下降等各种问题相继出现。本研究重点分析了基层医院中存在抗生素滥用的现象及危害,对这一情况进行阐述和说明,并提出开展药敏试验工作的对策,重点阐明开展药敏试验工作在指导抗生素合理使用和医院感染防控中的重要性。

Antibiotics are the drug currently the most widely used,the fastest growing and the most effectively control infection in clinic, but in primary hospitals of our county,the rise of antibiotics exists serious unreasonable phenomenon which has a great influence on the curative effect of antibiotics,safety of patients＇ treatment and prevention and control of hospital infection.With the urban and rural medical insurance and the new rural cooperation medical generally carfled out in primary hospital,inpatients in primary hospital are increasing ,this problem becomes more prominent.The data show that antibiotic application in hospitals at all levels in our country has reached the point of the abuse which caused difficultly control the hospital infection,the increase of drug resistant strains and the decrease of the antibiotic effect and so on.This study focuses on the analysis of the phenomenon of antibiotics overuse and the harm in primary hospital ,expounds and explains this situation,puts forward the countermeasures to carry out the work of drug sensitivity test and focuses on clarifying the importance of carrying out the work of drug sensitivity test in guiding the rational use of antibiotics and prevention and control of hospital infeetion.
