压力蒸汽灭菌湿包的相关因素分析及对策

Analysis of related factors of wet bag of pressure steam sterilization and countermeasures

目的分析脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌过程中湿包形成的相关因素,并采取相应对策,以降低湿包发生率,保证灭菌质量。方法用脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器对17 820个灭菌包(常规组)按常规法操作,对16 426个灭菌包(改进组)按改进法操作,比较两组的湿包率。结果常规组的湿包率为0.84%,改进组为0.13%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对消毒员培训,严格执行操作规程,加强设备维护、合理装载、规范包装,可降低湿包率,提高灭菌合格率。

Objective To analyze the related factors of wet bag forming in the pulsating vacuum pressure sterilizer process and take appropriate measures to reduce the incidence rate of wet bag,and guarantee the sterilization quality. Methods Pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer was used to sterilize for 17 820 sterilization packages （the conventional group） according to the conventional method,and for 16 426 packages （the improvement group） according to the improvement method,the wet bag rate of the two groups was compared. Results The wet bag rate of the conventional group was 0.84%,and it was 0.13% in the improvement group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through training on disinfection member, excuting strictly rules of operation,strengthening equipment maintenance, loading reasonably,standardizing the package,and it can reduce？the wet bag rate and improve the qualified rate of sterilization.By the training of trainers, strict operating procedures, strengthen the maintenance of equipment, reasonable load, standard package, can reduce the wet bag, and improve sterilization pass rate.
