摘要
目的探讨GT-4A导乐分娩镇痛仪在阴道分娩中的应用效果。方法将100例初产妇随机分为镇痛组(55例)和对照组(45例),镇痛组在产程中使用GT-4A导乐分娩镇痛仪联合陪伴分娩,对照组未给予任何镇痛方法,观察两组的镇痛效果、总产程时间、分娩结局、产后出血情况、新生儿情况等。结果镇痛组镇痛效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。镇痛组剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),镇痛组与对照组总产程时间、产后出血情况、生命体征平稳情况、缩宫素应用率、人工破膜率、新生儿窒息率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组分娩过程中均无不良反应发生。结论 GT-4A导乐分娩镇痛仪联合陪伴分娩操作简单,安全,有镇痛效果,能降低社会因素剖宫产率,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of GT-4A Doula analgesia meter in vaginal delivery. Methods 100 cases of primipara were divided into analgesia group （55 cases） and control group （45 cases）.The analgesia group were underwent GT-4A Doula analgesia meter and accompany childbirth,while control group were not taken any analgesia.The effect of analgesic,length of birth process,postpartum hemorrhage,the condition of newborns of the two groups were compared. Results The analgesic effect of the analgesia group was much better than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The rate of cesarean section in the analgesia group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The total labor time,postpartum bleeding,stable vital signs,application rate of oxytocin,artificial rupture rate,neonatal asphyxia of the two groups had no significant difference （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion GT-4A Doula analgesia meter combined with accompany childbirth is simple,safe,has good analgesic effect,and can reduce the cesarean delivery rate,is worthy application.
