摘要
目的分析影响消化道出血的病因。方法选取100例消化道出血患者,分析其临床资料,对其病因进行总结。结果 100例患者中,85例为上消化道出血,15例为下消化道出血。上消化道出血主要病因为消化性溃疡、急性胃黏膜病变和食管胃底静脉曲张破裂。下消化道出血的主要原因是结肠癌和溃疡性结肠炎。结论上消化道出血占消化道出血的大多数,其中消化性溃疡为上消化道出血的主要原因,肿瘤为下消化道出血的常见病因。
Objective To analyze the cause of disease in alimentary tract hemorrhage. Methods Clinical data of 100 cases of patients with alimentary tract hemorrhage were selected and summarized for the causes. Results Among 100 participants,there were upper alimentary tract hemorrhage in 85 cases,and lower alimentary tract hemorrhage in 15 cases. The main causes of upper alimentary tract hemorrhage included peptic ulcer,acute gastric mucosa lesion,and esophageal and gastric varices.The principal causes of lower alimentary tract hemorrhage contained colon cancer and ulcerative colitis. Conclusion The upper alimentary tract hemorrhage takes the majority in hemorrhage of the whole gastrointestinal tract.The upper alimentary tract hemorrhage is mainly due to peptic ulcer,and the lower alimentary tract hemorrhage is commonly ascribed to tumor.
