摘要
采用原位聚合法制得混酸氧化碳纳米管/阻燃聚酯复合材料,并采用红外光谱、差示量热扫描仪、广角X射线衍射仪和极限氧指数等方法分别对混酸氧化碳纳米管的表面官能团及其对复合材料结晶性能和阻燃性能的影响进行研究.结果表明,混酸氧化增加了多壁碳纳米管表面的羧基,添加混酸氧化碳纳米管的复合材料的结晶性能和结晶度降低,阻燃性能得到提高.
In this paper, the mixed acid oxidized MWNTs/flame retardant PET (O-MWNTs/FR- PET) composites were prepared via in situ polymerization. Carboxylic groups were analyzed by FT- IR. The crystallization and flame retardancy of the composites were investigated by means of DSC, WAXRD and LOI, respectively. The results show that Carboxylic groups were produced on the surface of MWCNTs by oxidation treatment, and the crystalline ability was reduced and the flame retardancy of MWNTs/FRPET were improved with incorporation of O-MWNTs based on neat FRPET.
