摘要
为了满足华北局分公司镇泾油田钻井提速、原油快速上产的需求,开展利用测井资料预测地层压力、地层破裂压力、地层坍塌压力三个压力剖面的方法研究工作,其成果在推广应用中,最大程度规避了钻井在面对镇泾油田低渗透油藏多变的地层压力及裂缝发育地层时给施工带来的泥浆漏失、井壁坍塌等方面的困扰。对所建立的单井压力剖面与事故井段进行对比验证,表明利用测井资料确定的安全泥浆密度窗口可信度较好,可以满足工程应用需要,其研究成果为钻、完井及油气开发方案提供了强有力的依据。
In order to meet the demands of drilling speed and fast-producing of crude oil, logging branch of North China Engineering Company did the research on methods and application of predicting three-pressure profile including pore pressure and crack pressure and collapsing pressure by using logging data. The result in the application largely avoid the mud losses and wall collapse and other aspects of problems during the construction as facing with the changing formation pressure of low permeability reservoirs and fracture development sections of Zhenjing oilfield. Comparing the pressure profile of single well with the pressure profile of interval in which accident happened, it turns out that security mud density window is so effective that it could satisfy the requirement of engineering application. The result of this research provides a powerful theoretical basis for projection of drilling and gas and oil exploration.
