摘要
长庆油田采油三厂三叠系油井伴生气资源丰富,整体利用率83%左右,具有较大提升的空间。井组集气采用定压阀油气混输、增压泵油气混输、同步回转油气混输等工艺技术,存在设备利用率低、运行效率低、投资维护成本高等缺点,制约伴生气全面回收利用。对套管憋压回收伴生气的可行性进行论证,并进行相关的室内研究和现场试验,探索伴生气新的回收工艺模式,进一步提高伴生气的回收利用率。
The NO. 3 oil producation of Changqing oilfield company is rich in oilfield associated gas resources of Tertiary formation. The utilization rate is about 83% with a larger development space. In this paper, the feasibility of recoveryof associated gas by casing hold pressure is discussed, and the laboratory research and field test are carried out. A new processing recovery model of associated gas is explored,further improving the recovery and utilization of associated gas.
