基于层次分析法的船厂用工模式的评价

摘要 目前国内造船厂的用工模式主要分为"一人一技一岗"与"一人多技多岗"两种模式,但是由于缺乏量化分析的手段,孰优孰劣始终无法得到一致的评价。基于以上问题,利用层次分析法对这两种用工模式进行了对比分析,其结果可为造船企业用工管理模式的设置提供辅助参考。 At present, there are two kinds of employment systems in domestic shipyards, i.e. "each worker specially for one position" and "one worker does several different jobs ". Due to the lack of quantitative analysis methods it has been difficult to tell which of the two systems are superior. This paper just provides a reference answer about the shipyard employment systems through analyzing and comparing the two kinds of employment systems based on the AHP method.
