芳香基硫酸酯酶在肿瘤诊断和治疗中的研究进展

Advances in Research of Arylsulfatase in Tumor Diagnosis and Oncotherapy

芳香基硫酸酯酶是一类催化硫酸酯水解的蛋白家族,它们的功能同细胞中激素调节、细胞组分降解、信号通路的调控等方面相关。新近的研究表明芳香基硫酸酯酶的活力失调与肿瘤的发生发展有着密切的联系,进一步的表达调控、抑制和检测研究证实了这一家族酶在临床应用上的潜力。文章综述了几种芳香基硫酸酯酶在肿瘤诊断和治疗中的研究进展。

Arylsulfatases, a protein family which catalyzes the hydrolysis of sulfate esters,were closely related with the cellular func- tions, including hormone regulation, cellular degradation and modulation of signaling pathways. It was shown that disorders of arylsulfatses correlated with human tumorigenesis through the current investigations. Researches into the control,inhibition and activity detection of these enzymes suggested their potentials of clinical applications. The processes of arylsulfatases on tumor diagnostic and therapeutic use were summarized.
