汽车衡偏载误差补偿算法

摘要 汽车衡作为衡器的重要分支,广泛应用于交通运输、矿山企业、大宗贸易等部门。传统的汽车衡采用模拟传感器并联的电路联接方式,它的误差补偿方法是通过反复调整每路称重传感器通道增益实现的,过程繁琐、称重结果准确度低。近年来得到广泛应用的数字式汽车衡由于接收的是数字信号,可通过软件编程对偏载进行误差补偿,因此具有更好的抗干扰能力。本文主要介绍数字汽车衡称重原理,称量误差产生的原因,设计误差补偿算法,降低偏载对衡量结果的影响,提高称量准确度。 Truck scale is an important branch of scales, and is widely used in transportation, mining companies, the bulk of trade, and other sectors. Traditional truck scale uses parallel analog sensor circuit connection mode, and its error compensation is achieved by adjusting the gains of each channel of weighing sensor which is tedious and low accurate. In recent years, digital truck scale widely used can be set by software error compensation for its using of digital signal, therefore having better anti-interference ability. This paper describes the principle of digital truck scale, the design error compensation algorithm to reduce the impact of partial load measure results, so as to improve the weighing accuracy.
