摘要
以烟台泰和新材料股份有限公司(原烟台氨纶)投资建造的舒适氨纶项目为背景,对其聚合工艺中采用的关键设备——第二反应器机械密封进行技术改进,分析其泄露产生的原因,提出了机封泄露问题解决方案,给出了改进前后机械密封结构图,对第二反应器检修和安装进行了技术规范。改造后的机械密封运转周期达到1年,大大降低了生产成本,延长了使用周期。
Taking Yantai Tayho Advanced Materials Co., Ltd (former Yantai Spandex) investment in the construction of comfortable spandex project as the background, the technological improvement on mechanical seal of second reactor is carried out, the reactor is the key equipment used in polymerization process. The leakage reason and the mechanical seal leakage solution is analyzed and proposed respectively. The mechanical seal structure diagram before and after the improvement is given, technical specification for maintenance and installation of second reactor are presented. The operation duration of reformed mechanical seal can reach one year, which greatly decreases production cost and prolongs operation time.
