56例婴儿巨细胞病毒感染临床分析

探讨分析婴儿巨细胞病毒（CMV）感染的临床特点和诊疗方法。方法选择2010年2月～2012年8月南昌市第三医院儿科56例巨细胞病毒感染患儿作为研究对象，回顾性分析该组患儿的临床资料，对该病的临床特点和诊疗方法进行总结。结果56例患儿经血清CMV-IgM和尿CMV-DNA确诊，先天性感染26例，主要表现为肝脾肿大、黄疸，伴畸形、脉络膜视网膜炎和肺炎，围生期感染30例，临床表现出肝炎、肺炎、胃肠炎等，经临床对症治疗后痊愈46例，未出现严重不良反应。结论婴儿巨细胞病毒感染对患儿的器官系统损害严重，临床表现多样，明确诊断和对症治疗是该病治愈的关键。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical features and treatment methods about baby cytomegalovirus （CMV） infection. Methods 56 cases of children with cytomegalovirus infection were selected as research object, who stayed in the hospital pediatrics from February 2010 to August 2012. Clinical data of the children was retrospectively analyzed. The clinical features and treatment methods of the disease were then summarized.Results 56 cases children were diagnosed by Serum CMV-IgM and CMV-DNA detection. 26 cases belonged to congenital infection, and mainly performed as hepatosplenomegaly, jaundice, with deformities, chorioretinitis and pneumonia. 30 cases belonged to perinatal infection, with clinical manifestations of hepatitis, pneumonia and gastroenteritis. 46 cases cured by clinically symptomatic treatment, without serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Baby cytomegalovirus infection has a serious damage to organ and system, with various clinical manifestations. It is the key to make clear diagnosis and symptomatic treatment for treatment of the disease.
