摘要
越南与美国从昔日敌人到当前的"全面伙伴关系",是越南"全方位、多样化"外交政策的成功。越南发展对美关系不仅只是摆脱政治孤立的权宜之计,更是建立"强大经济",借助第三方确保国家安全利益的长远谋略。但越美之间存在的意识形态、政治制度、价值观念方面的分歧是不可调和的。未来越美之间的关系将依赖于越美如何平衡人权、贸易和地缘政治之间的关系。尽管越美关系背后有明显针对中国的考虑,但这只是大国政治在地区博弈的一个侧面。
Vietnam-US relations from enemy to comprehensive partnership proves the success of Vietnamese foreign policy,w hich stresses'multi-dimensional and diversified international relations'. The purpose of Vietnam developing relationship w ith United States is not just to get rid of political isolation,it is also based on long-term strategy of building a'strong economy',and ensuring national security interests by relying on a third party. How ever,differences in ideology,political systems and values,w hich exist betw een the United States and Vietnam,are irreconcilable. In the future,Vietnam-US relations w ill depend on how they balance human rights,trade and geo-politics. Although consideration against China is behind Vietnam-US relations,this is only one side of the great pow er politics in the region.
